^what he said.

Without headers you are seriously hindering the additional flow those heads provide. I doubt anyone will have results on the combo you are looking for. Hell, if anyone actually does i'd be surprised if it makes close 400 rwhp.

Hustle. If you want to get street races you are forced to make power in a non-ideal fashion.

I don't know if this is the case with the original poster but it's the reason I ran stock manifolds and an LS1 intake when I had ported heads.

When I finally did bolt headers and an LS6 intake on (1 3/4-1 7/8-3 1/2 collector) I picked up 7mph in the 1/4 with those two parts and some tuning.

He'll have a hard time hiding the big "AFR" that is inscribed on all 4 corners of the heads.

Normally I wouldn't. On my SS and Ws6 I did everything but I don't want the header noise that comes along with the headers in the vettes...Been in a few Vette's with H/C with headers way toooo much noise for me....Just want 410-425 Hp's as stock as I can get it if possible....I know a procharger would be good but have been that route before and don't want to spend the $$$$$$ again....

Not looking for MAX HP just want 400 +#'s.......

Good call but you can get things done w/them on.

You don't pop and people can't see long tubes under the car. Also the car will still be quiet.

I thought that particular car had headers. I see it as damn near impossible to pick up 50-60 rwhp from a head swap while still using the stock cam and exhause manifolds.

Nevermind, i just found that post, it was on stock exhaust manifolds. However, the before header numbers were 385. It was on LAPD's dyno. Those are damn sick numbers through the stock manifolds.
