Don't believe the first graph when it says uncorrected. In fact, WinPEP shows slightly different HP/TQ numbers everytime I open up my dyno files. By between 5-10 HP/TQ. Go figure. The scanned graph I posted later is not actually uncorrected or SAE, but STD, which according to the other printout I got is .99 of the uncorrected numbers. SAE was a little lower than the STD figures, putting it at the numbers in the first graph I posted, give or take a little according to how WinPEP was feeling at the time I opened the file.

the torquer curve with 15 more hp up top was on a 2002 with the 241 castings and an u/d pulley...

The 233/239 numbers were with no u/d pulley on a 2000. I talked to john at texas speed and he said they had a 233/239 dyno 415/403 with an u/d pulley true duals pacesetters and an ls6 intake on a 806 casting head, fwiw.

Sorry. WinPEP lied again. I plugged my numbers into the actual SAE equation and it came out to 383/354. Sorry for any confusion!

I've just had my Torquer installed on my 2002 T/A,It is in need of a tune,it was dying out at almost every stop, I had to put in Neutral and give it gas when I slowed down or car would die out.My setup is Whisper lid,Dual valve spring kit from TSP,TCI 3500,Pacesetter LT,Flowmaster,Taylor10.4mm,NGKTR6.How long did you drive w stock tune, and is there a how to section on how to drill out TB,to make car driveable?Did you notice a big difference driveability wise w/tune?Has anybody had a TSP mail order tune with this cam?

For starters I turned in the TB set screw about 1 1/2 turns. This helped tremendously. I eventually turned it most of the way back out, and drilled the TB out a few sizes, which seemed to work the best. You'll have to experiment a little with this step. I had a buddy tweak a few things with the idle decay and stuff like that to help with it stalling out, but it's still pretty much untuned. Gonna finish her up when I get HPTuner here soon. Do the above steps for now, and either get HPTuner and tune it yourself, or have TSP do a mail order tune. I imagine they would do a pretty good job. You may or may not have a good local tuner, and it can be a real hit and miss proposition as far as finding someone who knows what they are doing. Ask around your local forum and see if there is a person/shop that is recommended.
