Damn nice power curve!! 400whp by 5200rpm is sweet. Congratulations on a sweet setup!

I'm going to ask a stupd question but I never really quite got the whole compression thing. Would using the 59cc and increasing the compression to like 11:1 essentially be harder on the engine reducing its life compared to a lower compression?

BTW, congrats on the nice numbers.

compression = power. a full point 10.1 to 11.1 is worth about a 4% increase throughout the powerband. provided you run enough octain and the proper tune to aviod detonation added compression will not reduce engine life compared to a low compression setup. also DCR plays a huge role in terms of cyl pressure.

Is it me or did the car peak at 5800 rpms. Even with a 228/224 he should have made more power to 6200 or so.

GMMG don't really like to deal with the public. I known Mike, Ron, & Matt for a couple of years, & they tuned my friends car as a favor for me. I probably shouldn't have said it was dyno tuned by GMMG.
