I got my car dynoed today, and the A/F ratio showed I was running WAY lean, it was anywhere from 16 to even 18
on the first run and pretty much the same on the second run. We never got a full run in, he shut down around 4200 rpms so nothing got messed up. I just recently installed LT headers, 3" TD's, !air, !egr, !cats. Would this cause it to run this lean, I always thought it would cause it to run rich
. Im going to setup a time to get it Tuned but want to make sure that there is no other problem. Thanks

You are correct in that those mods "should" make your car run rich. At that kind of A/F ratio, you better get that thing tuned in a hurry ! !
......I'd be surprised if you haven't already done some damage, if it's been driven a lot.
Good luck ! !

...I've always heard that headers will make you run leaner. Most people just think they are running rich because they can smell gas due to the deletion of the cats. Also, the placement of the wideband sensor can affect the a/f ratio readings...

If they go negative, then the car is running rich and removing fuel to compensate.
