I wouldn't get the 231/237. You would be adding fuel to the fire. The heads already have weak low/mid numbers, so adding a cam that has a very soft lobe will only make it worse. I would recomend Thunders new 230/236.

Your setup looks good. The midrange is great.Only thing I see is the topend going flat/lean which indicates you are running out of fuel or injector.

FYI-I've tuned a ton of cars and none of them have hit 450rwhp and only a few have done 440rwhp on stock 346 blocks.Very common rwhp's ar 410-430hp even with these big H/C packages.

If the scale for power & torque was the same he'd have like 435 peak torque. I'm guessing it's more like 300 at 2500 rpm.

The car needs to be retuned..Its dangerously lean on the top,I'd get Kooks or Qtp's and retune it..Dont touch the H/C,I bet w/a tune, new headers it pulls 420+ RW....

I thought this post was long gone, but someone seems to have dug it up... there is another post in which the car now has kooks and a new tune.. The numbers didnt seem to make it to 420rwhp. 416 is what I got. The tsp 233/239 will be here wednesday and should be installed and tuned before the weekend.
