Guys...
Just to confirm....The 225's in question were milled .018 and installed on the motor as they come delivered from AFR. Essentially "out of the box" with no additional hand finishing or port work.
Mike also flowtested the intake port after they were milled and the numbers on an independent flowbench met or exceeded AFR's advertised numbers.
I believe Mike will post all the details along with the dyno gragh.
We were certainly pleased with the results.
Thanks,
Tony M.

Don't know about the "X" pipe, but by looking at that gragh I would say there is certainly more power to be tapped into with the right A/F ratio. I'm guessing it will HP peak somewhere close to 6600 RPM's when you get the proper fuel pressure and A/F ratio dialed in.
I think we should see 560+ when the smoke clears....not to shabby from a pump gas 402 CID.
Good job guys...

WOW!! Very nice numbers. From other dyno graphs of AFR heads it even looks like the A/F ratio could be tweaked a little leaner in the low/mid range for some more power. ![Icon Eek](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies2/icon_eek.gif)
Mikey - What did the final compression ratio work out to on this engine? Thanks
