U should be able to pick up another 30-40rwhp with a good tune at that boost level. Bring the AF up to 11.8-12.0 with 19-20 degrees of timing. After that if u want more then just get a smaller SC pulley to push 8-9psi which should put u around 500rwhp. Good luck.

You should get that car tuned, if it has been you should get someone that is good at tuning FI cars to look at it. I think the lowest forced induction car I ever tuned was 445 to the wheels, 5 psi and headers, lid, everything else stock on 99 car.
Wayyyyy too rich for starters 12:0 is the leanest Id take it, but mid 11s to 12:0 with the right timing should be ok with correct timing
