Another what will my car dyno thread.
AFR 205 heads, unmilled
231/237 TSP cam
LSX 78mm intake
Hooker LT's, with ORP
stock 10 bolt with 3.42's
Stock rotating assembly, with ARP bolts.
Then of course all the extras to support these mods, injectors, pushrods, oil pump, fuel pump, timing chain stuff like that.

If you only hit 350-360, I'd push your car off of a cliff.

That being said, AFR 205s are definitely capable of hitting 450rwhp, and they are unbeatable when part of a properly matched combo. Tony at AFR has hit 480rwhp with a tiny 224/228 cam. His tuning is also PERFECT, he has a ported 90mm intake and tb, perfect quench, and adequate compression. Look here for some examples of AFR combos.

yours is an example of just throwing part A, B, and C and expecting magic.
AFR's: great heads when optimized which you arent; unmilled = stock compression
tsp231/237: good top end cam, lacks low/mid range and is on slow ramps
LSX 78mm intake: not worth much if any over an ls6 intake
Hooker LT's, with ORP: good budget header but not top end like kooks/qtp's
stock 10 bolt with 3.42's: aids in higher numbers
Stock rotating assembly, with ARP bolts: bottom end could be tired and most likely is on a 98. Tony had like 2% leak down on his motor.
i'd say start over; mill the heads for added compression, run the cometic, and choose a different cam. plus your missing pulley, TB, ect.

405rwhp with 237/242 and Stg 2.5? I wonder if he still have the stock LS1 intake? It's not mentionned in the sig.
Edit: OK I just noticed that he still have his stock tuning.
