Default Average H/C dyno numbers

I know there is a big difference ranging from mild cam non-tuned setups putting down as little 360whp up to crazy cam, high-compression monsters running in the 480whp range, but what is the average streetable pump-gas H/C LS1 putting to the ground. Just doing a little research, thanks.

So it is safe to say the average is below 430whp? I was thinking the same thing myself, 400-440. Thanks!

i'd say the average is 425rwhp on a dynojet...everything depends on what cam you use...

It is safe to say that 360 to 440rwhp is the avg depending on gearing and transmission. Some think the avg is higher, but they dont realize it is the same people posting over and over again.

410/385 rw average H/C/H with the usual bolt-ons.

430/400 rw average H/C/H with the usual bolt-ons that gets posted and paraded everywhere.

There are hundreds and hundreds of cars that didnt make banner numbers... and so their owners didnt feel like posting up for all the world to see.

I wish someone would/could quantify this for the LS1 modifiers out there. Too many folks are left feeling like they don't measure up when they are average or better.

Wait... all of a sudden it sounds like I'm talking about d|ck length.
I'm going to stop typing now.

very true some wont post due to being low and unhappy . thing is some cars wont dyno well at all and run killer at the track and some shops dynos are just a lower number/higher number due to settings and age of the equipment
