Default "Small" cam results

Hey guys just finished up my spring project and had it dyno'd today. The cam is an MTI C1 (222, .568/.568, 112 LSA). I was hoping for a little more but I think the results are good. The car drives just like stock - no loss of street manners at all....only louder and faster!!

Taking it to the track on Friday to see what it'll do.

Yeah, I love it. It's been a great little cam! Makes good power and if I were to uncork it it'd make a lot more. Bigger's not always better it seems

Now that my tune's finished (thanks for all the help, Eastside!!) I'm going to go and try to make some real numbers and see what I can do at the track!

Here's my graph. Hopefully track times to come this Sunday! (click the 'view fullsize' link just below it to see it better)

I notice your figures are "actual" horsepower numbers - mine are SAE corrected. For comparison my "actual" RWHP was 393.

I had that cam before my fm13 and it was a damn good cam. I ran 11.60 @ 119.39 mph with a 1.65 60 ft in a 3700 lb car. All that with mac headers with 2.5 inch y pipe and cutout.

The A1, T1, B1, and C1 are older smaller cams, and are no longer advritised on their website.

Please expain futher. And no, i'm not trying to start anything, just want to be better informed.

What about the TR 230/224 cam for example? Would this be what you would consider a 'symetrical' cam or completely the opposite?

Symmetrical cams are cams with no split between the intake/exhaust. So a 222/222 or a 224/224, something along those lines.
