f14 w/ disappointing nitrous results
For some reason Allan couldnt get rid of the surging problem. He tried many things like -plugs(different heat ranges)
-swapped plug wires
-tried different plug gaps
-swapped coil packs
-went richer\leaner
-checked\relocated engine grounds
-checked and moved nitrous grounds
-swapped bottles and line
-made kit a dry system
-swapped MAF
-swapped nitrous nozzle
-played with nitrous jetting
-played with timing(low and high)
-different bellows
-added a little 103 race gas
-check all wiring and misc electrical
-bypassed MSD window switch
-gezz a few other thing I can't remember right now.
but to no avail. He thinks it might be something internal or a head gasket. The more spray he gave it, the worse it got. The 100hp graph looks like someone spazzed out while trying to draw an arch, its really weird looking. The nitrous just comes in and goes out. Anyone got any ideas?
Ur TNT kit should do very well. i figured i would've gotten 500rwhp w/ the 100hp wet shot but somethings holding it back and i dunno what it is
This is usually associated with a current limiting problem such as bad wiring connections or a component in the wiring (circuit) that cannot handle the current requirements of the solenoid.

Allan said he checked all the wiring and the noids and they were good.
What internal prob could cause this?

What could be happening is that your FP is dropping just enough to signal the FPSS switch off thus turning off your N20. Once the FP rises back up it comes back on, thus your surging. The more gas they gave it the worse it got because it went below the FPSS cut off point faster and more rapidly. Throw a guage on it and make sure your FP is good enough then back the screw out on the FPSS to keep it from cutting on/off and it should fix your problem.
