I was spinning the heavy Z06 Chromies. I know I'm leaving a little on the table with the stock throttle body but I still think I'm missing some power somewhere.

Cant expect tip-top numbers while half-assing it. Finish ur bolt ons and get a decent flowing catback and or cutout OR HELL both. Then re-dyno. With a cam and heads like that a TB and pully, as well as a cut out would be an easy 20hp throughout the curve and maybe even more up top because ur choking that bitch hehe.
my heads flow exactly what yours do going by the flow sheet.
30th t/a - Do you feel like the 90mm lsx setup is worth the money? That's a lot of money for ~20rwhp.
if you got or can get it the money i say buy it. if not, atleast get a ported TB.
mine made peak rwhp at 6600-6700 which is higher than your peak and i think thats from the 90mm LSX. i have no driveability issues and its not even tuned. look for some deals on this site for a 90mm TB and LSX 90mm, you can save alot of money.
Old numbers:::413 rwhp
IMO new numbers:::440 rwhp
pulley= at least 10
cutout= at least 10
Bo TB= at least 5
totals= 25 rwhp (being moddest)

Those heads should be good with that cam, so its a decent set up.
For the exhaust, a cutout might help, but you never know. On my set up, it was worth about 2-3 rwhp, and that was it. My dual-dual exhaust was fine. Of course, my cam is smaller - but my numbers are about close to yours.
What was your tune like? A/F? Is that a dynojet you're on, and is it a conservative dyno? Some dynos can vary be 20 hp on a 400 rwhp car. So you may have nothing to worry about.
