I have pacesetter headers and lanes true duals and a asp underdrive pulley. The runs were on 93 octane. But i think the heads are junk because it was hitting a brick wall at 6200 on the dyno.
your compression is way too low and i bet the heads are also holding u back

Yea, with compression that low, save up a bit more and get a blower or turbo. TEA Stage 1.5's are around $1500-$1600 and would prolly make all the diffrence in the world if you wanted new heads.

What cam do you recommend (jrp) with my 9.8 cr?
well if you mill the heads .030 and run a .040 cometic you can achieve 11.0 CR

or do what beast said and opt for a new set of heads and have them setup for your application.

3.905 bore
4.00 stroke
62.38cc (ls1 head milled .030)
.040 cometic gasket
3.910 gasket bore
-.008 deck height (used OEM specs, you can measure yours for specifics)
9cc dish

11.1060 SCR

ptv clearance shouldnt be a problem as i assume pistons are 2cc valve reliefs with a 7cc dish.
