yeah id say go look through that thread and you should find a cam that best fits ur goals. theres tons of results w/ all kinds of cams. Some even make a lot on generally "smaller" cams but most of the larger ones w/ all the usual bolt-ons, good tune, etc will get you 410-420rw or so on a 6sp w/ stock heads&rearend so u should have no prob getting over 400rw cam only w/ ur car. a few a4 guys have gotten big numbers too. All in all though most folks would say its the ET'S that count unless ur lookin to have a dyno queen so to speak. just my .02 cents
