For whats it worth, I beleive it. My car on a Mustang Dyno made 444hp and 394tq on a fresh rebuild. So far the car has run 10.14@132.31 on 93 pump gas.

Im going to say somethings off as well. Hes making as much as my 408 in the HP category, I made alot more torque but......

Maybe they were having dyno calibration issues.

Hawkin01...you also have a 347ci,5.3 heads(small CC),and a FAST setup what do you make?according to what your sig says you should make more than he does....so you making 500+rwhp cause then what hes making would make sense.

My motor made 444hp and 394tq making pulls from 65 mph on a single roller Mustang dyno. The pulls we thru a th-400,8" converter, moser 12 bolt with spool, and Hoosier 28x10 drags at 13 psi. The motor had just been rebuilt. My race weight is 3000lbs.

ddnspider: I see ur point. When I ordered my heads and cam package, Jason from TSP told me I would maybe see around 440 RWHP, def. not 477. Maybe when the #'s were converted to dynojet on the last pull, they were messed up. Either way, the #'s from the Mustang dyno are still really good and I have 7 print outs starting from 410 RWHP / 377 RWTQ and ending with 433 RWHP / 389 RWTQ after tuning.

As soon as someone in my area as a dyno day, which there are only 3 shops w/ chassis dyno's w/ in like 4 hours of where I live, I will go and see what kind of #'s I put down then, just so I know what the deal is. Like I said in most of my posts, I don't believe the #'s myself, but I sure would like to think they were dead on. I guess we will see when there is a dyno day. More then likely, it will be a Dynojet dyno. Anyone care to see the vid, I will chop it up and edit for U guys so U can see some of the cool stuff they had there and a few of my runs.

they are stage 2 LS6 heads w/ 2.02 intake and 1.57 exhaust w/ a 59 cc Chamber. I never touched the heads, just installed them. Never had my personal set flowed. Whatever U guys do, don't doubt me!, doubt the shop that tuned it. I would never make any kind of "FAKE" post about anything, i respect this site to much and have learned ALOT FROM IT. I have been around cars for a while, but Ls1's for only 2 years or so. Like I stated above, I will get this car back on the dyno just so I feel better.

oh believe me im not doubting you(like your drew in lines on your PC ) i do think it was something with the dyno or tune.yes id believe 430ish but not 470ish, your torque doesnt match your hp whatsoever which is why somethings not right seeing as how HP is a mathmatical calc of torque.still 430+ are solid numbers!

For all the non believers, we recalibrate our dyno at the end of every week. We dont feel the need to lie to the customer about our mustang numbers, because most that come in here are coming because they know what a mustang dyno can do and that they arent looking for High numbers.

When it comes to this, you can search our previous posts in this forum and see how I feel about the "Dyno Queens", I think its funny honestly. I could care less what my car makes as long as its tuned right and giving me the numbers that I want at the track. When we offer the customer the dyno jet numbers its because, most LS1 guys want the bragging rights and its just a extra benifit to offer. When we change the calibrations, we do it by the way Mustang told us to do it. I have noticed that they do show a little high and we tell the customer about it.

Either way you need to take some of the comments like a grain of salt, because when I tell people I went 10.40s on a stock LT1 shortblock, Trans and a 10 bolt, cutting 1.43s on spray, they seem to be sceptical, but its funny to see their face when your doing it at the track!!

NOW THAT I BELIEVE!have a friend doing.so you, being the company, dont find anything odd about the fact that his numbers are what a stroker or boosted car makes, with NOT hugely ported heads or a large duration cam?

it appears to me that the mustang numbers are about what it should be on a dynojet and the dynojet numbers are way out in lalaland

isnt this the second thread regarding this same shop and this same thing

with 477 hp that thing better trap around 123-126
