Default 262rwhp? What's wrong here? (Mustang dyno)

Hi all, I posted something about this in the engine forum before I noticed this forum even existed. I got my car on a dyno today. It's a 2000 A4, all stock but a lid and K&N. It made 262rwhp and 273ft/lbs. Shouldn't it be a lot higher then that? Everyone's saying that it's because it's a Mustang dyno and that it would make somewhere around 10%-15% more on a dynojet. Air/fuel was 11.8-12.0 the whole time so it's a tad rich. Should I be worried?

You're doing fine, mustang dyno's "read" lower than dynojet's.
