Actually I have 315rwtq at 2000rpm and 350 from 2750 to 3500rpms... I am running 13.7-13.8 AFR. Needless to say it wants to rev. Idle is nice, 850rpm and the low speed parking-lot driving is good also.

On a tuning note... 28* of advance was my sweet spot... I lost power going to 30...

Even with small cams, the peak torque on a H/C 6 speed LS1 car will be 4800rpm +/- 100rpm.

Nope... it is 232/236 .595/.602 114lsa+1 It is like driving a motorcycle. I am installing a G5X3 with AFR-205s (59cc) tomorrow for a friend. I am really interested in seeing the difference... Idle quality, low-rpm driving, top-end charge....

To be completely honest this current cam is probably one cam shy of being my limit, as far as what I am willing to live with. Hmmm... Mamanator 2.5???

You guys are having WAY too much fun....

JRP....I forgot I went a little lighter on Scott's cam. (He wasn't ready for the 2.5 Mamanator! )

Was trying to target something with a similar idle quality to what he had....I was actually pleasantly surprised to hear it was a little more docile. (Damn Scott....we left a few under the table!). If I'm on the fence I normally pick the more conservative cam choice...less likely to have an upset customer that way (although on this board that might be the wrong way to go!).

Get out the wax and enjoy a little of this for awhile

Plenty of time to go bigger and better down the road...

Enjoy the weekend guys!

What was changed prior to this dyno, I know you posted a while back and the subject of retarding the cam came up, was that done or did you make a change somewhere else.

i believe it was just a straight FM13 to Mamonator plus tuning for the new cam.
