Default #'s with my vortech

i got this back a few weeks ago from speed inc. the car dynoed at 450rwhp in 98 degree heat. larry said that i would prolly see another 30-40 more rwhp at the wheels when its cooler out and not blazin hot like it was when it was dynoed. so im guessing around 485 or so???

it sounds like they only did one run too so if there was a difference between runs i wouldnt know. the car seems fast as hell but its the fastest car i have ever been in, well when it was stock it was the fastest car id been in and now it has all this stuff in it so im not sure.

what should i be seeing or is this correct?

i have the vortech v9 sc kit rated for 9psi... i dont know if im hitting that.

hooker lt's

hooker ory no cats

cutout

k and n filter.

built 4l60e

3200 stall

everything else is stock

let me know if the numbers are right. it sounds like they are since it was blazin that day but just want to see what others have to say. please let me know

couldve beeen a lil higher i think but it was hot. Jim(the tuner) at Speed Inc. knows what he's doing plus even 450rwhp outta an auto is good.Locked #'s i assume? how much boost were you hittin on the dyno?
Jim's tuned my SS and i couldnt be happier.
Either way congrats

Id say you were prolly seeing 7+psi on that run. Just my guess.

Ya I Took The Car Out And I Was Seing About 7psi On My Gauge. So I Think Everything Is Fine. It Was Prolly The Heat That Took The Numbers Down. Cuz It Was About 75 Today And Ran Awesome. Better Then It Has When It Is Warmer Out As In 85-95.

I would look into your A/F. 13 is not good. You should be somewhere around 11.5

Good numbers, but shouldnt FI have a lower A/F reading? I was thinkin 12:1, but mike is saying 11.5 which I wouldn't balk at either...

13 is REALLY lean for a blower car especially on a dyno. Figure on the street you're seeing 13.5? I would double-check. The guys over there seem to know their stuff and I doubt they would let it out the door at 13:1. Mid to high 11's is where you want to be on the dyno. Low 12's max on the street.
