Whp guesstimates.. My bone stock SS dynoed 311 whp and 329 wtq, in a week or so I'm adding Kooks LT's, kooks catted y-pipe, stock SS catback, MTI clear lid and Jeff Creech(CAM) tuning. Now, with all this mods done, what whp gains should I expect?

You have slicks and skinnies on a 13.0 second, 311 rwhp car ?? Why would you give up your good handling for no reason??
Lid, LT's, catted y, stock catback and tuning .... I would guestimate around 340 to the wheels. Get rid of that stock catback and you'll be in the 350 range I would assume, with cats.
