Default Cartek 2X H&C?

Anyone running this setup through a M6 and 4.11's? If so can you post a Dyno sheet and track times please. I'm trying to get into the 10's with a 100 Shot and this setup but want to see some numbers before I spend the money. Thanks

ABSOLUTELY DONT GO TO CARTEK. my friend had that package from them and he broke his timing chin 3x's and had so many other problems that he was forced to sell his 02 vette cause he ran out of money, eventually throwing in 20K in mods and repairs away, and over 10K of it to cartek, he was running 12.20's at 122 for the breif time it was working. my bro and i also threw in 15K in mods to our 02 SS and just about everything was done wrong to it from a lean tune to not using Grade 8 hardware all while leaving out cars there for months at a time. its seems to me unless u drop 30K there, get sponsored and travel with them at tracks theyll give u half fast service. ive been meaning to post a write up of everything that has been bad from cartek.

I would have no problem going to cartek for there pkgs. They are a top shop here in the north east. I have had many friends run there pkgs and are some of the fast h/c cars around. I have personally only had them tune my car but was very happy with the job they did. Ill also add they arent some fly by night shop that will be gone next year. So if you run into a problem they will always be there.

Btw I think you should work on that 60 ft alittle and that will get ya closer to your goal. Also I think someone on this board is running the 2x pkg and a 100 shot and is in the 10`s. I would msg WS6TransAm01

His Car made 396RW through a 12bolt with 4:11's and ran 11.30 @ 122

Hope that helps

I know Cartek kicks *** that guy should shut the f@#$ up. Dave Julio Roy and Rich have been extremely helpful and have gone out of their way to help me when I wanted to install their cam by myself, not to mention the awesome rep they have for brutally fast cars. There is no way I'm buying a different set of heads other than Cartek I just wanted to see some dyno numbers because I can't wait to come home and bolt these heads on. People like that are ignorant and should know what the hell they are talking about before they post and look like a idiot.

- first off Big Mike this joke and nobody spent so much money at cartek its not even funny and in my opinion got VERY sub par service. everything i stated is 100% true. Another example when i got a moser 12 bolt installed they didnt recalibrate my speedo which is minor but i just dropped 6K there!! and im an hr away and had to come back to your ghetto shop with 60$ charge on top, very low class. my list can go on and on. I thought maybe i was the exception but my vette friend got even worse results. In cartek's defense, aside from the lean tune, the engine work has held up, although we just changed cams. Call me an idiot or whatever you like, but that has been my honest experience with cartek and Yes they have created some of the fastest cars around but my friend and I deeply regret ever going to there.

That package is an excellent choice. But if I were going to run a shot all the time, I would drop my gear ratio down a bit, maybe a 3.73 or so.
Either way, once you get the seat time with the shot, youll be in the 10's

No I'm not planning on running it alot with nitrous, just a couple times at the track before they kick me out for not having a cage. I want to see what I can get out of it NA first. I just bought a slick and skinny setup with a 26x10 15 ET Drag for the track to help me 60'. I cant wait to get back to the track and try this setup. Thanks
