Just from looks alone, the Kooks look better coming off the flange. Seems to have a more gradual turn down with the primaries, compared to the pacesetters...
A set of 1 7/8 is on my list...

restrictive is a relative term though. On a bone stock car you would see little if any gain. If we are talking about a heavy modded 346... or even 422, gains will adjust accordingly to the need to breathe.
I am assuming this was on a cam only 346 or maybe a h/c auto car???
