The dyno line looks smooth enough. Are you averse to leaning the AFRs out to say 13.2 in the high rpms and 13.8-14 in the low rpms, transitioning in gradient steps? This will get you a little more HP.

Maybe a few more but it's down at least 20 HP & TQ across the board.

N/A you want 12.7 - 12.8 on the dyno any higher than you take a chance of getting knock. I have seen this many times on the dyno.

On the street you will be about .2 - .3 leaner, a dyno just can't load a car like the real world does.

I am running 13.6-13.8 all day long (through the summer, 4 months). The most KR I have ever recorded was .5 and I cannot get it to repeat with any significance. I am also running 26-28 degrees of timing in the high-rpms, a little more in the lower rpms. I have a DynoJet WB installed and I never see more then .2 difference (if that) in my dyno AFRs and street AFRs.

Often, sticking the Dynojet sampling tube up the tailpipe of a car gives a leaner reading than what's actually taking place. Sometimes as much as a full point lean. So if you target a 12.7 A/R ratio on the dyno, you may actually be giving the car 11.7 A/F ratio.

Try giving the car what it likes and see where you are. You may find that leaning the car will pick up some extra power.

I have the G1 and AFR's, I'll post numbers once I get it tuned, I had one trip to the track since installation and it sucked. I hope this cam is not a flop! I swapped from the X1 for it, the X1 had too much lift for my milled AFR's.
Geeze, I hope I don't have to swap cams again.....
Anyone else have disapoionting numbers with this cam?

I did have Underdrive pulleys on the car when it was dynoed/tuned. Since the dyno, the stock throttle body was replaced with a ported, polished, billet TB. My car has: MTI clear lid w/ K&N , FLP LT's w/ FLP Y-pipe and hi-flo cats, Borla catback open plate, MTI Stg 2e heads and MTI G1 Cam, and new plugs, wires, etc.
