Default 402/12 bolt/stalled A4 HP???

Any guess what my car will dyno with a 402 Ls2 with ET performance 240cc heads. Not finalized on the cam but right now thinking about a 248/253 .629/.622 114 Port matched fast 90 and NW 90 tb. A built 4l60e with a 3200 stall and a 12 bolt with 3.42. I have a racetonix fuel pump and 42lbs injectors amd kooks 1 7/8 headers. I also have a direct port and a standalone fuel system and will be hitting it with a 300 progressive shot. What do think my NA hp will be and also on the bottle. I am just wondering what to expect. Thanks

With those heads...an auto 12 bolt, I would look for 480-510 SAE RWHP... A friend of mines auto, made 470 with a lot smaller cam, with less head and through a 9 inch. The engine later made 530 SAE with a bigger mechanical roller...

Oh yeah...If that was a manual car with the 12 bolt, I would think 550ish would sound about right.....

Are the heads milled, if so what compression? I would say 525 rwhp sounds about right.

I have Rock on building me one and, I think it will hold for a while. I'm not shooting the nitrous all the time, and when it goes out I will rebuild it or go with a Th400 with overdrive on it. I didnt want to go with a 4l80e due to the extra 80lbs and no telling how much of that is rotating mass. A guy on the board has a Rock ON 4l60e and has been running for I think a year now with no issues, and he has over 700rwhp and 700rwtq and many 1/4 mile passes also his car is a 3800lb vert and a daily driver. Also my car is not a all out drag car, I want to keep OD. So that is why, what do you suggest.

Thats why I want to stay 4l60e, the OD and lock up. You just got to pony up the ducks for a good one.

I'd guess somewhere around 300 RWHP or so

Seriously though...I wouldn't expect great dyno results.

I watched a SS with a 402 iron block, 12 bolt, 3600 stall, ls6 intake, stage II LS6 heads, put down 462hp N/A & 553hp on a small dry shot. Prolly would have done more on the jug but it was still running the stock fuel pump. The CR was I think he said 11-1. So im going to say around 480hp N/A would be my guess.

Yeah I know autos don't perform well on the dyno, I was just curious. I know it perform well at the track/street if I can hook.

Oh yeah, he was running that baby cam to, I forgot about that. Damn that thing would have been real nasty with a set of stage 3 heads, fast system & at least a 24x/24x cam. I bet he would have been close to 500hp.

That is a big cam, I think you need to restall your converter.

On spray you should make 750 rear with ease. I hope you have A LOT of suspension work!

should be fun

The stall is made for this set up by John at fuddle, and if it dosent work for this set up he will restall it till its right. I also have every suspension piece I could think of, just a matter of getting it tuned in.

I have the racetronix PNP and 42lbs injectors and nitro dave standalone fuel system. The standalone will only be turned on when the nitrous is armed. It should be more than enough for my set up.
