another thread of crappy #'s Ok so as said in the sig, I have full bolt ons for my 94 lt1, tuned by G-Force. Last dyno before this was 286/315, was looking for a bit higher but i was happy, last dyno I added a magnaflow cat-back, took off the cut-out and flomaster muffler, and added pullies. numbers were 277/305. humidity was like 56% or so. Oh I had also just added the taylor over the valve kit with tr5's. any idea on why the loss? bad dyno weather? Mike told me just that dyno numbers fluxuate like that but that seems like a big fluxuation. I mean I should have gained a little bit, instead I lost 11 from the previous dyno. what gives?

I think it's time for the old LS1 mod 
The dyno is just a tool to figure out if you have gained or lost power with any given mod. I know you don't want to here this but your old set-up may have been better. Did you do a complete tune or just strap it down on the dyno? That may be part of the problem.

yea def. dont really want to hear that. You think I really might have lost power? not enough back pressure or what? That sucks about the taylor wires, im not misfiring though, it seems to be pretty smooth. also I did have it tuned for all the mods
didnt have an explanation really, just that it was really humid and most dyno #'s arent that consistent anyway. Guess it is just time for a cam swap so I can get up towards 350... or so i hope
