Default My 1st Dyno

I rarely post but read and research a lot but thought I'd at least post my results. 02 WS6 M6 45.5K miles.
Just out of the blue I decided to dyno my car just to see where I was sitting at and was pretty disappointed. My set up is FLP LT's which I''m changing to QTP's & Bassani TD's in the future, catted y-pipe and Volant intake.

Scannining over my sheet I saw that at 1 point hit 249.2 hp*345ftlbtq@75mph A/F 14.7 61.2 F but leaned out as low as 13.2 and the power just dropped off which sounds like I have 10 to 15 hp hidden somewhere until I get a tune.
I guess this is how it goes I have the printouts and will post them soon for some insight.

323 rwhp / 333 rwtq on a DynoDynamics Dyno

My future serious mods are either ET 215's or AFR 205 heads/ VHP Acc6elerator cam . Sorry for th long post

not bad numbers....a tune will def wake those LT's up though and maybe give ya that extra 10 or 15 you want.

I made almost your exact numbers before tune. 325/333.

Thanks gents, that takes the sting out a little bit. I was chasing the wrong # when it comes to mods. My goal is 400+rwhp. I got my baseline so now it's time to turn my PittHammer into the WarHammer . Know I gotta ways to go and $$$$$ !!!

Why do you want to get rid of the FLP LT's? They are supposed to be quality pieces. FYI in you sig do you me Cam? & heads? If you lower your car I would not do 1.5", I have the Eibach prokit and just got some new springs...ground clearance is definitely an issue with LTH and Y-pipe on a lowered car. I would say don't do the springs without doing the shocks at the same time, too.

BTW I think your dyno #'s look fine without seeing the graph. Here is my modified graph:

The FLP's are flaking and rusting down on the collectors and y-pipe which also hangs low. I was in Great Lakes for about 2 years and the salt really fukked them up. Plus I wanted QTP's from the get go but ran into a minor technicality and went with FLP's. Just wanna go stainless all the way back. I probably just drop it a inch and gotcha on the shocks & springs. Oh I'm going with the cam 1st.

Those numbers aren't too bad. Like everyone else said, a tune will get you around 340-350+ rwhp.

If your running cats your a/f will read 1 full point higher then it is. You may know this but I thought I would share. So your still pretty rich for cats.

With bolt-ons and a cam with .610 lift and 244 deg duration i put down 422rwhp and 390rwtq. Thats on completly stock heads and shortblock. Your 400+ goal is actually really easy to reach.
