There are other fast(just as fast) cam only cars running custom cams and lg cams as well.

Sounds like the only reason you said " The t-rex isnt the end all be all cam for the ls1's dude. I wish people understood that" was to mention LG's cams. Hey everyone has their favorites, but this thread was for the T-Rex cam so lets leave it at that.

I found it a bit odd that that graph shows the T-Rex's peak HP around 6200-6300. With that cam's size(242/248 - .608/.612 - 110 lsa), shouldn't it be a little bit higher, or does the 110LSA bring the peak down THAT much?

an LSA of 110 will definitely bring the peak power down a bit, probably to boost low end trq on such a large cam. 6200-6300 rpms sounds just about right.

Yes, most everyone way overplays the peak power thing of the T-ReX. It seems like everyone says the T-ReX peaks at 7,000 RPM, probably because they heard someone else say it. I've never seen a T-ReX dyno that peaked at 7,000 (barring those with skewed curves resulting from converters).

Not many people say the T-Rex peaks that high. It just carries the power from peak past 7000 rpm. For racing you need to shift after the power starts going down which is why people that are racing this cam shift at 7000+ to get the most out of it.

Here is my graph and I shift @ 7000 rpm. Actually peaks around 6500, but caries through 7000+

Man ya guys are being tough on Marcin. This guy can tune awesome......nonetheless uh with unlimited dyno time on a stock 346 cam, long tubes with a 4200 stall lid exhaust 90/90 fast intake and tb and the standard catback we did like 365 on a mustang dyno at 32 degrees timing. Anything past 32 the car lost power (35 degrees) but there was not any knock and we did it to 6400rpms. 15 % or so loss through mustang dynos compared to dynojets so I guess it was around 419 rwhp on a dynojet give or take a few.......

That's pretty good. Locked or unlocked?

BTW I was trying to get the thread back to the original subject (T-Rex dyno graphs) not talking about "other cams" like someone else

No it wasn't actually. My point was to get it in everyones head that you cant just throw the t-rex in your car and dominate all and make 450rwhp. It takes so much more than people realize.
