Default anyone using fm4 or fm10?

i'm looking for a solid cam that will have good power across the board and still be streetable. i've heard alot of good things from futral cams (mostly the fm13) and these 2 seemed to be the closest to what i'm looking for. i'm gonna be on stock heads. these come in 112 or 114 lsa, but i'm probably gonna go with 112. just wondered if anyone had used these, i wanna know what kinda gains, torque curve, idle, and streetability. if anyone has dyno graphs of either of these (or something similar) please post them.

There is really no point in getting anything smaller than an F13,with a good tune it will be completely streetable and its not that loud.

i just got the f10 because i have stock 3.42 gearing with my M6.I dont want to rev past 6400 either, and wanted the extra midrange that the f10 offers over the f13.My car is just a street car,no strip. When i get a 12 bolt and change gearing,i may switch to f13 or bigger.Just match the cam to your setup.

Well I have the F4 on a 144lsa and love it. It has a lil choppy idle and pulls good thru the gears. No problems at idle or surging. I have a GT2-3 that made 370rwph and then installed the F4 with some ported heads and made 394rwhp thru clogged up cats, Havent dynoed wit the race pipes but I'm sure it would go 410 or so.
Hey Redtail ya get tired of that smooth idle and lack of torque? That's a great cam and I did like mine for about a month then I knew I had to have something with lope.
Cheers!

Nope call me a puss but I dont run my car at the track. I can say it feels alot stronger since the heads and F4 cam swap. I'll be switching out heads neaxt month so I may run it just to see what times I can get.

I have the F13 on 112 with 2 degrees of retard ground in. With dumps it is quite loud and very choppy, but it peaks at 6100 so high revs are not necessary.

i have not installed the cam yet,my car is in storage until spring. When it does go in i will also be adding ported ls6 heads that flowed 300 cfm at .600.It should be pretty sick compared to the gt2-3,. i will keep everyone updated but not until the snow melts

thanks for the info guys. hopefully this summer i'll find out for myself how good one of these cams will be. redtail seems to be thinking the same way i am, i will also have stock gears and i don't really wanna rev too high to make power since my car is pretty much all for the street, i only make about 15 strip passes a year at most.
