The stock pistons seem to hold up well to modest N20 shots assuming the engine is receiving adequate fuel and is not detonating. A little of the latter will destroy a piston very quickly. The increased cylinder pressure will eventually take it's toll on the rings and ringlands. It's dependant on how much you spray it.

My old cam only camaro made in the low 500rwhp with a TNT 150 shot...When I sold it it had 114,000 miles on the clock. I sprayed it since it had around 25,000 miles on the car. I always made sure it ran a little fat, and monitored things with an A/F gauge. I did have a fuel noid fail around 80,000 miles, A/F gauge saved the engine.

I have heard and read with the proper tune and the timing backed down a 150hp shot is about the limit on a stock shortblock and not have any bad consequences for the long term. Seems like higher shots make the ring lands on the pistons fail.

A window switch is a good idea as well. It is on my list of goodies to order.
