Thanks guys. The car really pulls hard!!! Coming from a KB 2.4 Cobra i was a little worried i would miss the instant torque but the Z really pulls so hard up top it makes up for it.

I put the car on the dyno last week and got some numbers with the Nitrous. With a 150 shot and the bottle pressure at 850(bottle heater wasnt hooked up yet) it put down 565whp and 600rwtq.Now all i have to do is get a clutch in the car

Awesome #'s. I bet that car didn't know what hit it when you guys got your hands on it. They are made to be driven hard.

Enjoy

What NOS system are you running> I would expect a little more HP but the TQ is off the hook . I'm looking into a bottle set-up but i haven't decited on witch one yet.

isnt the torque a little soft???, i mean the power is nice, but i remember my z06 when is was cam only (g5x3) i made 405 rwtq, and that was on a 114 lsa, i could have made more with a tighter lsa.

The talk of torque is nice and I also prefer a smaller cam for the street but when it comes down to an allout race the car making MORE POWER between the shifts is the faster car. Compare his graph to yours and see which has more area under the HORSEPOWER curve between the shifts. That is what matters. Remember it really is all about the setup. This setup might simply need a little more gear....

The system im using is a Nitro Dave Plate system. Its one of the nicest setups i have seen yet and there customer service was great.Im sure my numbers would have been higher if i would have been able to get my bottle pressure up to around 950 to 1000.It was also very rich for the jetting around 11.2 to 1 but i didnt want to lean it out since the bottle pressure was low and i would be running a heater in the future.

I think his tq are in line with his mods, i have the exact same numbers and so does a few others on here. As far as your numbers it could be anything from a number friendly dyno, settings on dyno. Remember you should take your base numbers figure what the mods should net and those should be your newnumbers not the numbers posted on the over inflated internet.

Wind has nothing to do with it. fourth gear is rpm limited not drag limited.
