Joe, now that’s what I like to see!
I love how flat your HP line is from 6,000 to 7,300rpm!
That’s gotta to pull like a Freight Train man!
Also, nice improvement from the vacuum pump.

So you are saying 6-7 psi of vacuum you got 11 rwhp. I find that alittle hard to believe. I could easily see around 20 psi of vacuum you get 11 rwhp. You can run 6-7 psi around on the street normal all the time. If you did actually get 11 rwhp at 6-7 psi then turn it up to around 20 psi (around 40" Hg) and see what hp gain you get.

Joe,

Nice numbers! What size tire you run? What rpm do you shift and trap?

Thanks

P.S. We all know there is more to a cam then durration. What lift, LSA and LCA does that thing have? I am glad to see cam only record chasers going at it. Especially M6!

We saw 15 psi and that is exactly what we are shooting for on a stock bottom end.

28X10.5X15 and I shift around 7400-7600 depending on what I set the shift light at. I usually trap right when the shift light comes on. Lift is around 620/625 and the duration I have not told anyone as of yet. Still my little secret.

If you got 11 rwhp at 15 psi that sounds about right. I have heard of 15-20 rwhp at 20+ psi of vacuum. I just thought that gaining 11 rwhp from 6-7 psi of vacuum was alot.

I am waiting on my vacuum pump now and am just curious of your results.

Yes we usually go to HRP but the track has been less than par lately. I think the next outing is our trip to Columbus Ohio in two weeks for our next NMCA race.

We will be in Joliet the last of July.
