Yes it can. if its off calibration it will throw the numbers way off.
Also some dyno's dyno up to 20rwhp different from one another.
I know here in DFW there are like 3 different dyno's and 2 will essentially give the same readings but the thrid will give a loss of 10 rwhp. It all depends on lots of variables really
