low dyno numbers ?

Default low dyno numbers ?

i put down 318 horse power with a hot cam and mods in my sig ... untuned on a mustang dyno.......does that sound a little low ??? am i down on power somewhere ?

mustang dynos are always a bit lower than normal dynos, its probably about right.

soo am i really prolly at 340 or soo .. the guy said with the tune id prolly gain atleast 25 horsepower

take it to a dyno jet for a tune, take it to TSP, or Gforce

if your looking for a real tune stay on the mustang dyno and have tuner thats good tune it.. and you might see about 330ish to 340 on the mustang dyno resulting on a DJ to the tune of 376 to mid 380's your 318 untuned is about 360 on a DJ. JMO the MD is an awesome tuning tool.

thanks ....... i was kinda worried my car was down on power somewhere .. but 360 untuned was what i was expecting ... think the ls1 intake is holding me back a little .... the good news is i didnt loose much at all with the cutout closed vs the cutout open ... guess the hooker catback flows prettty damn good .... if i can get my scanner working ill post up my graphs
