Heads/Cam #'s......LOW!
Look at the way the torque drops off though....He might have something hurting his ability to move air in there....
I have the same issue as of today, my cam is causing the problem....Too small of a cam for my heads and 90/90 at about 4800 rpms the torque plumits instead of leveling off
