I know 01 and 02's got the LS6 block in some of them. But they got the heads also, i havent heard anything about that. Are you sure it was the 243 casting heads that they got, not the 241 casting.

Yea, late 00' and 01 02's had the 241's, but a very very small amount got 243's aswell. I'm about to head out, but I'll do a search for it when I get home and see if I can link a post for ya.
