TSP 231/237 What ya think? UPDATE!
I did 340whp/350wtrq last time on stock tune with 2 deg of knock retard and a clogged fuel filter A/F was wayyy lean!! i replaced the fuel filter and it felt like a different car and way better!
So i added a TSP 231/237 cam and i am in SD tune and some MSD wires lol. Mods are in sig! Is 400whp possible? or will i need a pully or ported T.B?

I've been helping Dan with his tuning. So far its mainly just been idle and part throttle with a couple of WOT blasts thrown in. All in all, maybe 3-4 hours of tuning so far (no where near done).
His injectors are working very hard for the AFR they are delivering at the power level he's at. Unfortunately my car went on the dyno just before his so I wasn't able to put the wb on his car and had to rely on the shop's wb. We were kind of limited on time as well (we ended up being there after their normal closing time).
I think he'll gain a good bit after the tuning is finished.

We also just found out
just got this back from my friend that was helping with hp tuners he went back a looked at the run
I found out what was pulling your timing. You were getting intake air temps around 108F-111F or so on your 2nd thru 4th runs. There is a spark table that reduces timing based on intake temp. At 104F it pulls 1 degree, at 113F it pulls 2 degrees. This is where your timing was going! I might've been able to get you to 380hp if I had more time with the dyno. Not too bad considering your upper VE table isn't dialed in yet!

Well talked to a few people and was told that it was not my fuel injectors it is my fuel pump not giving the motor enuff fuel so the injectors are working overtime "108%" to try and get the fuel. Dose this make scense to u? it dose to me
So i will get Walbro 255 lph fuel pump for $108 sound good and cheep

I was stationed in Hawaii for 14 years (1990-2004) and it seems that I find all the good shops over there AFTER I leave. Where did you have your Z dynoed at? BSM Performance, Hypersports...another shop?

ur A/F graph shouldn't look like that, that's too big of a dip right on WOT and it should be 13.+ A/F at ur rev limiter. I drop right when u hit WOT is normal, but it should be no lower than 12.0...u should be keeping ur A/F at 12.5-12.8 mostly thru the rpm range and drop a lil as u climb to peak rpm to run safe and make good hp and tq. my previous tune leaned out to 13.2.13.8 mostly thru the band. I dropped it to 12.5-12.8 like stated above and I only lost 3hp...and around the same in TQ. I'd rather have it safe than worry about a lil # like that on the hp.
