I'm gonna bet 429 :-)

A cobra w/ that setup should be pushing 450, so it's gonna be tough. A Fast setup would probably get you there. Good luck.
Those PRC heads seem to be making great #'s, If you didn't mill them though you will be leaving some power on the table.

I would surely hope for more than 420rwhp! My 3 year old budget Patriot 5.3's and TR224 makes 420rwhp thru cats. These new LS6 heads are supposedly superior and your cam is alot bigger than my 224 so I would expect 430+rwhp from a properly tuned M6 LS1 with an LS6 intake. Anything lower and you got jipped IMO...

As to the Cobra ?......... With his mods he's easily in the 450rwhp range and he's got simple bolt ons. It takes a stout 430+rwhp H/C LS1 to match a pullied Cobra. We have a slight weight advantage but their eaton blower usually more than makes up for it. If you have $$ on the race your best bet is to go from a 25 roll in 1st gear. Most Cobra owners not on DR's will blow the tires off while the LS1 seems to hook better due to not having the instant torque hit of the Eaton. From a 45+ roll he's probably going to pull you up top a car or so. This has been my experience with the 03 Cobra's. HTH

No that will just peak a a couple hundred rpms later compared to a 112, it won't overly effect you peak numbers.

You'll will make good power. But if you don't hit 440 don't worry. I honestly think with unmilled heads and your cam you won't hit it. 425-430 would be a safer bet.

The only downfall is the shitty *** gas we got up here. The Ethenol is killing HP on everything. Don't worry about peak hp #'s.The midrange is here you want the gain.

i think 430 is dooable..and on the 03 cobra race...its been proven that roughly it takes the cobra 75hp more to beat a camaro..say a 500hp cobra is goin to be close race with a 425hp camaro..ive seen it ...local guys got a ported eaton and all the boltons dynoed 503hp and a camaro dynoed 426hp pulled 1\2 a car on the cobra...
