Glad to help with the clutch swap Patrick, I would have not want to do that laying on the ground.
Glad I could finally put that Dyno in my shop to use. Let me know when are ready to get it back on the dyno to tweak your tune for driveabilty. Cars sounds awesome.
Once I get my clutch fixed maybe you can help me tweak my tune for driveabilty and maybe pull some more horses out it, and maybe go to a speed denisty tune?

Ditto Pat...
Glad to hear the clutch worked out so well and great job with a little more tweaking and getting rid of some power robbing Cats. We both always had a hunch there were a few issues robbing you of some power.
Folks, losing 16 lbs of rotating mass from your clutch, flywheel, and pressure plate assembly is HUGE. This represents even a larger gain than swapping out a stock flywheel for an aluminum Fidenza wheel because Pat's former set-up was actually 3 lbs. heavier than stock. Not to mention alot of the Exedy's mass is closer to the crank centerline which adds to that same effect (lower rotating inertia).
Anyway....just another one of those attention to details scenarios that pays dividends in the package as a whole. With a different header design you will see close to 440 ft/lbs and 480+ HP....very impressive for a daily driver type of combination (220's intake lobe!). Few combinations are that strong with such a small cam.
Nice!

Man you are my inspiration to keep modding patrick haha, anyways how much power you think i'm leaving on the table still with my set up (made 425/396).
Still on a maf tune, LS6 intake, and have a smashed 2 1/2 y-pipe with cats. I'm looking getting hptuners and start learning how to tune myself, and just wondering if i got a fast 90/90, fixed my exhuast to a 3 inch no cat set up, and fine tuned it with SD tunning how much i could gain.
thanks
Justin

What kind of cats did you have that fell apart? Sounds like we should steer clear of those.
