I wonder if I would gain any if I upgraded the injectors? I am running the stockers right now. Anyone know if there are any gains from upgrading the injectors?

I'm sure you might, but your tuner should have been able to see if you were running at or over your max duty cycle of the injectors. I'd upgrade to some 30lb SVO's if I was you, just for peice of mind.

I don't think you are much beyond your 80% duty cycle of your Fuel Injectors. If you are a few % points over no worries, but if you are at 100% you should definately run bigger ones. I have read about numerous guys on here running much higher fuel pressures with stock injectors and being at 105% or more and no one seems to be complaining about their cars performance. With that being said I am surprised that Livernois didn't suggest you upgrade your FI's Dont you have GM 28.8's since its a 97 vette.

He should be fine with the Head/Cam Combo he has...however a few more bolt-on's and he will need to upgrade. I have the 26#'s in right now an am sraying 150 shot with a handfull of bolt on's and Im just fine. Ive sprayed a 185 shot and didnt go lean so I think CGillies will be fine I assume you 2 are coming to Milan this Thursday?

Are you going with the Stage 2 heads or Stage 1 heads with your new combo?

Only reason I say this is because I had the 28.8lbers and I was at 115% duty cycle with H/C and with cam only I was close to 95%

I'm not really sure why they shut down at 6700 rpm, maybe it was because I am on the stock injectors? The cam is on a 113+0 LSA. I think Livernois Motorsports dyno reads a bit low. I was expecting to see more especially since you saw 418 cam only with the exact same cam. I am not that worried the car runs strong thats all that matters.

get 30#s in there. that way your not running at a 100% duty cycle from 4k+.

best of luck to you. keep me informed of any track numbers, thats where it counts.

Do you have any weight reduction to your car. You are running some killer track numbers?
