Default AFR 205's vs Patriot 243's please

anyone have graphs of stock cube LS1's with bolt ons and a cam (such as my mods) of AFR205's and Pathriot 243's? Both heads flow about the same at .500 to .600 lifts but the AFR's flow alot more at lowwer lifts. Also both made around 40rwhp peak but what about under the curve? my car is my daily driver so i want power everywhere not just up top. So what im wandering is are the AFR's worth $2000-$2500 compared to the patriot $850. Car will have a 150 shot on it too in about a week. Thanks guys I look forward to see what ya'll have to say

Search is your friend. You will find that the Patriot gains are all over the board. Most are in the 20-40 rwhp gain. A lot of this depends on when they were built as the later Patriots seem to be better heads. Most of the AFR 205 gains are in the 40-50 rwhp area. Members on this board will tell you that you get more by spending more. There probably aren't many people who have swapped their AFR 205s to something else. Can't say the same about the Patriots.

I'll let you know as I am in the process of changing out my setup now. I don't have any before dyno numbers but track times tell the story. With Patriot LS6 "style" and a F13 cam the car ran 11.5@121 FULL weight in a M6 (3650). The new setup is AFR 205's and a custom cam. Should have some numbers in the next month or so when the weather starts to cool down. I'll be honest as I am really happy with my Patriots, but wanted to see just how much I would gain with swapping the heads.

Search is your friend. No need to turn a thread into a Vendor vs Vendor thread. Do your research and I am sure you will find your answer.
