Hell what's the installed height and coil bind, maybe it's a unrecoverable spring surge issue as well. If the spring can't control the valve when the lifter goes over the nose it's going to go into the toilet really fast even if it has crazy seated pressure.
I doubt you have a pushrod problem just because of the parts list, you are running some good pushrods correct?

Are you running Ti retainers and Keepers? Valves type? All of this comes into play. Also any reason your running those jessels?
spring options you may consider. I have never seen a little extra spring pressure rob power but will help control spring surge.
921's:
O.D: 1.300
I.D: .870 (outer spring)
I.D: .655 (inner spring)
135 LBS @ 1.770
400 LBS @ 1.220
COIL BIND @ 1.040
MAX LIFT .650
Patriot Golds:
O.D 1.29
135lbs @ 1.800
385lbs open
coil bind @ 1.08
.650 lift

It's all about efficency, and some times you have to overcam to overcome a intake crutch.

cam was degreed in straight up and came in at just under 113

The peak you are trying to force beyond 6300 is past where the FAST peaks so the cam advance will coincide with the FAST peak so you would gain both a TQ peak down low and a HP peak at 6300 or so.

well i tore into it today and the lifters were at .035 preload. i set them to .010, and the valve wipe looked perfect. hopefully this will solve the problem, i am just about ready to start putting it back together. i'll let you guys know how it feels.
