*How much additional power should I expect Installing TSP Torquer 2 LSA 114, in a 2000 C5, LS6 intake with stock LS1 TB, 36# Fast injectors, TSP LS6 Stage 1 heads, CR should be around 11.1-11.3, New pump, chain & UD pulley, I have LG Street headers and cats, Z06 TI exhaust, 3200 Vig stall, 3.42 gears. Rest of motor is stock. Previous dyno runs were 327 with stock engine parts but SLP LT's. Since adding the stall and 3.42's I went down to 306. Go figure. Now I'm trying to make a major improvement. What do you think?

I made 434 with a refreshed bottom end. If you get 400 to the wheels locked, you should be very happy. My setup is similar except my cam is larger, ported throttle body, and I have a M6. My guess is you are going to see High 300s.
