ok headers are usually good for 20hp
ls6 good for about 10-12hp
lid I would say 5-7hp
and I wouldnt get 90mm just port your stocker and youll be fine i would say 5hp with the stocker ported.

A good 40-45hp increase anyways.

get longtube headers edelbrock stepped are nice and good price
ud pulley
electric water pump
fast 78 or even 90/90 setup
lid and ftra
also a good flowing catback or even truduals

and that should make some good power then save up and throw in a trex or a g5x3or x4 and your done

I am pretty sure a 90 mm throttle body will not fit on an ls6 intake manifold, 78 mm opening correct?

Default Full bolt ons w/dyno tune

I never had a baseline dyno to go off of but these were my numbers following a dyno tune with a cold air kit, 85 mm MAF sensor, 90/90 intake/TB combo, dynatech 1 3/4 headers, blackwing lid, ASP pulley, and .410 gears (360 rwhp and 382 ft. lbs. torque). Currently having cam/head install. Numbers should be interesting on stock bottom end 346.

I would say I have similar mods and I put down whats in my sig. No FRA stock CME cat back and paper filter. Crap, just noticed I left my lid off my sig! I'm sure a pully would help, but as far as the other free mods and such I don't believe there is much gain involved.
