or if you have the cash a 90/90 setup would work well with a heads/cam set up. but the LS6 and prted TB will be plenty if you dont have the extra cash.

And thats why you have low numbers. A h/c setup needs to breathe, especially in the upper R's which is where the ls6 intake starts to really shine. You can't half *** something and expect exceptional results.

I had 5.3s milled .030 and a 224 and made 392 through a 12 bolt and a nitrous tune. That was without an underdrive pulley.

I understand the intake is hurting it.. For some weird reason I was expected the torque to be a tad higher. I am very happy with it.. It feels so much quicker. I will soon be in the market for an ls6 intake and probably someone to port my TB.

Yea, an intake should wake it up very nicely. You'll probably be over 400 RWTQ with that. Definitely something to be happy about.

I'd venture to say that you'd pick up 15-20rwhp maybe more if port matched etc. and 10rwtq with tons of gains through-out the entire curve.

Those are pretty stout #'s with an LS1 intake. An LS6I addition should easily net 15rwhp and some rwtq. My numbers are with an LS6.
