Default Are these numbers a lil low?

take a look at my sig. Those are all my mods with the exception of the pistons i put in that have a 2cc valve relief. the heads are unmilled and i still have the LS1 intake manifold. Now I think the manifold is what might be hurting these numbers, but could someone gimme a lil more advice?

Very low! There are plenty of TRex cam-only LS1s making more power than that. The LS1 intake is choking it. The numbers should improve a good bit if you put an LS6 intake on there and ported your stock TB, but a FAST 90/90 combo would be much better considering the RPM that the TRex peaks at.

The LS1 intake is killing all of you power. All of the parts you have are proven products.I believe that when you change to a better intake and get your car tuned for the better airflow you will see the numbers that you are looking for.

They're right, the LS1 manifold is killin ya like it was killing me. I have a thread going that might interest you. It's my gains going from an LS1 intake, stock TB, and stock WP to a 90/90, and EWP. This was also with ported LS1 heads and a little 224 cam. With your cam prolly a buttload more:

https://ls1tech.com/forums/dynamometer-results-comparisons/583142-fast-90-nw-90-meziere-ewp-gains.html

The gains might be what your looking for.

Skip the LS6 intake with that cam and go right to the FAST 90 with a Nick Williams TB.

i heard the fast 90 doesn't have that much over the ls6 intake unless you've got more cubes. true or not?

Exactly , i'd get Fast 90/90 over anything else besides an EWP and pulley .

You heard wrong The 90mm setup will kill the LS6 on your motor.

the 90/90 set will make more power. the idea that got floated out that discourages people from buying 90's is that they do not make much power for the cost. if you need to buy an intake then a 90 is only going to cost you the cost of the throttle body and about 500ish give or take over a ls6. if you want max power and with your heads and cam you will get good gains then get a 90. if you dont mind leaving some power then get a ls6.

i think a 90/90 will get you ~25rwhp and a true dual setup would get you 10rwhp. with those two mods, you'd be sitting around 435-440. who knows though? every car is different.
