How much do I stand to gain?

I've got a 408 w/ a comp xe-r (244/248 612/615 114lsa) w/ the stock ls6 intake, ported stock throttle body, and stock heads. How much power should I expect w/ a Fast 90/90 and some TEA stage 3 heads?

40-60rwhp would be my guess, with tuning of course.

Probably 6.0L truck heads would be my guess since it is an LQ4 block most likely.

Dynoed 469/465 w/ stock 241 casting heads (stock ls1) and ls6 intake manifold.
