Default dyno after tune

cam only setup. G5X4, FAST 90 intake, NW 90mm T/B, Kook LT, Mufflex 4" exhaust, strange 12 bolt, 17x11 ZR1s with 315 nittos.

I am running 921 springs that have like 7000 miles on them. just replaced the lifters and head gaskets.

Yes, if you're still running the 75mm MAF, you can pick up some additional ponies by going MAFless speed density. Your driveability will increase as well.

that is with the stock maf. i was running a speed density tune but speed inc got my maf to work again.

This winter I think I am going to go with the LPE 100mm MAF.

I have 4.33 gears.

Before with the G5X2, LS6 intake, and ported stock T/B I was putting down 373HP and 358TQ so that is a healthy jump with the X4 and ported 90 intake with T/B

Who can explain why this hp curve drops off so sharply at 6500 rpm, while most every other X4 out there pulls strong to over 7k?

Easy letoff of the throttle while still charting?

I've tuned my car three diff ways MAF, CLSD, OLSD. All made the same power along the same curve. As for drivability OLSD is for my car. Drove the same hot humid cold and dry same A/F ect. I live in New England I have crazy *** weather up here. Yesterday it was 30's-40's to day 70's I could snow 3ft tomorrow and be 90 the next.

I wish i could go MAF less but from what i have seen and heard about autos and found to be true through experimentation is the computer takes a reading from the MAF for the auto trans and by eliminating it or even going with an aftermarket one it screws up the trans fast. I switched to a GMS type mAF and my trans felt like it was slipping changed back to the stock MAF and it ran great again even though my car is tuned with a speed density tune. The mAF is just there for idle and the trans. ANy thoughts into this??

You can work around it...in SD, the line pressure goes up to max on an auto, making it shift really hard. They have a fix for that...

Not sure on the details as I don't own or tune autos, but if you look here:

http://www.hptuners.com/help/

Click on "What's new in Version 2.1?"

Scroll down a little bit to the list for 2.1.12, and you'll see "Added - Steady state trans pressure for GM Gen3 vehicles."

Basically when the MAF is removed/unplugged it rasises line pressure through the roof. People assume its programmed like this so the owners will take their car to the dealership to figure out whats going on. Anyway, you can simply duplicate the table that the computer reverts to when the MAF is unplugged or removed to match the one for regular shifting. This will fix the shifting ONLY, you will still need a SD tune.
