Who here has any input on AI (Advanced Induction) as far as LSx stuff goes?
I know they do awesome LT1 head work, but I have yet to see any of their LS stuff on this board. Anyone here run AI ported heads? Or has a buddy that does? And no, not the friend with the 72 Chevelle that's always faster than everybody else

Mostly I want to know about customer service and reliability.
Ok, there isn't much on this forum, but I found some info. Very promising it is!
I'll give Phil from AI a call within the next few days.
There may be another H/C LS1 in the works here pretty soon
LostCause, flow numbers aren't everything. Far from it, actually. You can have great flow numbers but performance may still be poor
I don't know the story behind your car, but if those times were run with the setup in your sig....ouch. However, you probably have great flow numbers though, don't you?

Flow numbers can be completely manipulated and fabricated. I've seen too many "320cfm LS1/LS6 heads" that put down 420-430 rwhp through 6-speeds or trap in the low teens.
Obviously this is complete bullshit.
Phil's a standup guy. I've been knowing him for years.
If you need more proof, check out their full-weight, full-interior 3400+ lbs 383 LT1 that goes 9.97@136+ on motor using a run-of-the-mill shortblock, 200cc LT1 heads and an LT1 intake manifold.
Pretty ****** mean.

right combo of parts working together perfectly is more important than what a head flows. Ive heard good stuff bout AI, they seem to have a good knowledge of what and what does not work.
