Default whos got the Highest HP/Tq H/C ls1 that passes cali smog?

Just curious to see the smog legal numbers of different components. If you have a cutout or an ORYP, post up numbers, Im looking at an overall, since cats and LT's can be swapped out in no time, and people know how much power they add on.

The H/C guy who also pays his way through the testing process...

Sorry, honestly don't know. I have heard that a set of lightly ported stock heads with a shorter duration (224 range) cam can still get buy as long as the CATS are still installed. But you still have the problem of keeping the stock mid-pipe because Cali law requires you to maintain the stock CAT location.

my car will pass if i just swap out the exhaust and headers and intake and cam and possibly heads. oh yeah and add egr and air back on the car. and change the tune
