Default First Time Dynoed: Should I be impressed?

Howdy! I just got dynoed by Chuck with HPE in northwest houston (a really decent guy who has a well run shop) on a Dynojet and i am fairly impressed, are you? My mods are a MTI lid and a loudmouth catback, otherwise stock! I put down 331.7 HP and 344.9 TQ questions/comments are thoroughly welcomed

Pretty damm good numbers considering the minimal mods. If you do some more in the future it looks like you have a real strong one to start with.

Thats a happy happy happy dyno. Mustang 1750de here would put you at maybe 300hp 300tq. for just a lid catback car. wow didn't realize the disparity was so big uugghh.

Sounds about right for a 2002 M6. The 2001 and down cars would put out 5-10 less with the same. The LS6 intake really helps a lot.

Umm...I agree that different dyno's register different numbers. But different cars register different numbers as well, some significantly better than others. Don't put it all on different dynos. Give his car some credit for running in tip-top shape.

Good Numbers man. Looks like you have a great base to start modding with!

that's pretty good...congrats. i've got a '00 Z28 A4 with pretty much the same mods when dynoed and got 320hp/340tq on a dynojet. i'm also minus all the ls6 upgrades you '02 guys have .
