Dyno Disclaimers?
We use a disclaimer for the dyno. I figured everybody did. Not that it much matters in this case. The motor has a blower, they'll throw this out of court so fast, it'll make the plaintiffs look stupid for even taking it that far.
If they even allowed the suit to be tried, the vehicle would have to be analyzed by a failure analysis expert. And the first thing hes gonna talk about is the blower.
And btw, what failed? did anyone ever take it apart and find out?
