Default update

Just stumbled onto this thread looking for dyno numbers and got caught up in the whole thing. Any update on your situation did it get resolved? If it went to court I bet you're still waiting 6 more months. Man these things take forever. If they havent taken away your house and cars and internet give us an update!!!

Yeah, anything ever come out of this?
We use a disclaimer for the dyno. I figured everybody did. Not that it much matters in this case. The motor has a blower, they'll throw this out of court so fast, it'll make the plaintiffs look stupid for even taking it that far.
If they even allowed the suit to be tried, the vehicle would have to be analyzed by a failure analysis expert. And the first thing hes gonna talk about is the blower.
And btw, what failed? did anyone ever take it apart and find out?
